- Limit your meat intake. The farming of animal meat can cause many environmental problems so limiting your meat intake to just once or twice a week you’ll not only lose more weight, you’ll reduce your risk of colon cancer.

- Avoid processed foods. Start eating fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains and avoid any processed foods. Read the ingredient label and if it isn’t a real food then don’t buy it. By eating REAL foods you’ll not only drop more pounds you’ll cut your risk for heart disease in half.
