Hot Abs: 4 Simple Ideas to a Flatter Belly

ADVERTISING

I’ve always wanted a movie star stomach. A belly that made me look more red carpet than red curry. So I tested some simple ideas that you can do at home to get hot abs in no time at all. And the best thing – they are easy!

1. Buy some Shapers

Spanx, Girdles, whatever you want to call them, these body shapers are a girls best friend and best of all they are instant. As soon as you put them on you’ll look like you’ve lost 10 pounds over night.

Of course you can’t wear them to the beach, but under clothing they really do tuck and tighten and make you look instantly slimmer.

2. Ab Exercises

Unfortunately there is no getting around this one, you will need to do some Ab workouts to get a toned belly. There are many great Ab exercises you can do such as the bicycle, using a stability ball or just good old fashioned crunches.

You only need to do five to ten minutes a day of stomach exercises. Try and fit them into a commercial break of your favorite TV program if you are short on time.

3. Eat more bananas

Why bananas? Well the potassium in banana’s help get rid of any excess sodium in your body, and excess sodium causes bloating. If you suffer from belly-swelling bloating then bananas are your best friend.

4. De Stress

Taking time out to relax or unwind can also help flatten your stomach. When we are stressed our bodies release a hormone called cortisol which leads to excess belly fat. Taking up meditation or yoga can help lower our stress levels and balance our hormones leading to a much slimmer middle.

Making small changes really can make a dramatic difference to getting hot Abs. It doesn’t take very long and you’ll be seeing dramatic results in no time.

Combining exercise and diet is the fastest way to flat abs. For fast & healthy weight loss that really works visit Strip That Fat
