Should you eat before or after exercise to burn the most fat? Well that depends on when you exercise.
If you are a morning exerciser and are exercising for less than one hour then have your breakfast AFTER you train to refuel and kick start your metabolism for the day.
If you are an evening exerciser then eat around 2 to 3 hours before you train and then wait at least half an hour after finishing exercising to have dinner.
